Reimagined group support for grieving hearts
- An online grief support group designed for those seeking intentional time to navigate their loss in meaningful ways.
- Over six biweekly sessions (February 19 – April 30), we’ll explore themes like courage, connection, communication, self-discovery, legacy, and more.
- Together, we’ll work with the body, mind, emotions, and spirit to support healing, reflection, and transformation.
- Build a foundation to rediscover hope, strength, and direction after the life-changing loss of a loved one—all from the comfort of your own space.
This intimate group gathering is neither a starting place or destination, but a gentle and uplifting space to reflect on where you have been, where you are and where you are going. It is not a traditional support group and you will not be asked to share specific details on your story of loss. There are invitations to participate in discussions as you feel called to.
Join host Alanna Knobben, founder of Carry You With Me, for this unique learning and healing opportunity. Alanna is an author, international speaker and grief mentor dedicated to helping others transform their grief and cherish the love that remains after the death of a loved one. Combining both her lived experience as a bereaved mother and professional expertise working in grief support and personal development.

(Note: Small groups are hosted every second week online (zoom). All lesson portions of the gatherings will be recorded for those unable to attend live or wishing to replay the sessions for continued learning. Group discussion at the end of each week will not be recorded to protect the privacy and intimate nature of these important conversations.)
Your investment will consist of three equal monthly payments.
